Rules and restrictions.

1. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

2. All orders leave the warehouse within one(1) business day after the customer's order is placed.

3. All shipping methods are calculated from the day the item leaves the warehouse. For example if you request 2 Day shipping, your order will arrive 2 days after it leaves the warehouse, not 2 days after you place your order.

4. All orders require a street address for delivery. PO boxes are not an allowable shipping address.

5. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all large and oversized items.

6. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
