Return Rules and Restrictions
Returning an item to Pricecheater.com must be done through Customer Support. Please refer to the following Rules and Restrictions prior to returning an order.
Return Period.
All returns must be made within the time frames below. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.
Refunds.
Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card on file used to make the original purchase. Original shipping and handling costs and other additional charges associated with your purchase are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
Return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned because:
-the item was received defective
-the customer received the incorrect item ordered
Only reasonable return shipping charges will be reimbursed. Please contact a customer service representative for more information.
Returnable and non-returnable items.
All items being returned for reasons other than being defective must be returned in new condition in the original unopened packaging or be subject to a restocking fee. The following items are non-returnable and will not be credited to a customer's account if returned:
-items that have been damaged from customer negligence or abuse
-non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music and video games
-any type of digital content
Other rules and restrictions:
You can return an individual item that was part of a bundle package. In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually.
