Returning an item to Pricecheater.com must be done through Customer Support. Please refer to the following instructions to return an item.

Steps for returning an item.

1. To return an item, you must first contact Customer Support and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping address. All return requests must be done through Customer Support. You must receive an RMA number from Customer Support prior to returning any item to Pricecheater.com . If you return an item without an RMA number, we cannot guarantee your return.

2.Pack the item securely in the original packaging. If possible, please enclose the original packing slip with the item.

3.All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. For more information on returns, please see the Returns- Rules and Restrictions section of the Help Center.

4.All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

5. It is highly recommended that for your protection, all returns be shipped via an insured and trackable parcel post (UPS, FedEx). Please keep your return tracking information to verify your package was delivered to our warehouse.

6. All returns that are received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.Pricecheater.com is not responsible for any item returned without an RMA number.
