In order to offer the lowest prices possible on its products, Pricecheater has established ordering rules and restrictions. These rules and restrictions are implemented to protect our individual customers and to be able to extend low prices to a broader range of end consumers.

Rules and Restrictions for Ordering

1. Maximum Item Quantity - Pricecheater limits the maximum quantity of any individual product that a customer may purchase to one (1) unit.For example, if you are interested in purchasing a Nintendo DS Mario Kart video game, you can add it to your cart. You will not be allowed to increase the quantity of this video game once it is in your shopping cart (see below).
2. Maximum Checkout Quantity - Pricecheater limits the maximum quantity of total products a customer may checkout with on our site to two (2) units. For example, you may wish to add the following three video games to your cart: Nintendo DS Mario Kart and Xbox 360 Madden NFL 12. You now have the maximum quantity of total products allowed for checkout and you will not be allowed to add any more individual products to your cart (see below).
3. Maximum Total Purchases - Pricecheater limits the maximum purchases on its website to any individual consumer to one (1) visit per 90 Days. Customers are only allowed to purchase from our site once within a 90 Day period.

Below is a sample shopping cart showing the maximum amount of products that can be purchased on our site. Please note that there are two (2) different products in the cart since the maximum quantity of any individual product is automatically limited to one (1) unit:

Pricecheater uses a customer’s personal information to enforce its ordering rules and restrictions policy. For more information on use of your personal information on our site, please visit our Privacy Policy section in the Help Center.

Customers violating the ordering policy may be subject to immediate order cancellation. Customers will be notified via email that they have violated the ordering policy and that their order has been cancelled. Repeat offenders of our policy may be blocked from accessing Pricecheater.com. All cancelled orders will be refunded within 2 business days to the credit card used to make the violating order. Customers are solely responsible for cancelling any bundled services included in their cancelled order. Pricecheater does not assume responsibility for any charges incurred from the expiration of any bundled free trials.
