1. What is bundling and how does it affect my order? Bundling is when a product is sold with an accompanying free trial to a service. When you buy a bundled product on Pricecheater.com, your order includes both the item you purchased and the free trial to the service.
2. Am I obligated to keep the free trial service if I decide I don't want it? No. If you decide at any time during the free trial period that you do not want the service, you can cancel it and be under no obligation.
3. How long is the free trial period for the bundled services? The free trial period for bundled services differs depending on the participating company, although it is typically 14 days. Please visit our Bundling and Trial Services section in the Help Center, or click on the bundled service help box on the bottom of our pages for detailed information on trial periods and requirements.
4. How do I cancel a bundled free trial? Cancelling a free trial is easy. Just contact Pricecheater customer support and they will give you instructions on how to cancel your free trial membership.
5. Do I have to buy the product bundled or can I purchase it without the free service? All of the products on our site must be purchased with a bundled free trial. You do not have the option to purchase a product on our site without a free trial.
6. Do I have different shipping options? Yes. During checkout you will have the choice to pick one of three methods of shipping: standard ground (5-7 days), two day and overnight. Shipping methods are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse, not from the date your order is places.
7. How long does it take for my order to ship? It normally takes 1 standard business day for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. A standard business day is Monday-Friday excluding all national holidays.
8. After I place an order how can I check its status? If you are a registered customer on our site you may check the status of your order by logging into My Account or clicking the Order Status link. If you are not a registered customer on our site, please contact customer support for more information on your order.
9. How do I cancel an order? In order to cancel an order, you must contact customer support. Since our products ship quickly, it is important that our customer support team is contacted as quickly as possible so they have time to process your cancellation request before your shipment leaves our warehouse.
10. What is your policy on returns? Generally we will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer support prior to returning an order. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer. There are rules and restrictions on what products can be returned and in what condition they must be in to qualify for a credit. 11. How do I contact customer support? Contact Pricecheater customer support by clicking the Contact Us link conveniently located at the top of every page on our site. Customer support can only be contacted by filling out a contact form on our site.
12. How do I receive general information about a product I would like to purchase? For general questions concerning any product on our site please contact customer support. Our staff is ready to answer any question you may have as quickly as possible.
13. How do I receive technical support on the product I purchased? Pricecheater.com does not offer end-user technical support on it's products. For warranty and technical support please contact the product manufacturer directly. If you have a problem finding support information for the manufacturer, please contact PriceCheater customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
