Submitting a request.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to customer support and should be made as quickly as possible. There is no guarantee that your cancellation request can be processed prior to shipment.

Processing a request.

Customer Support will make every attempt to process your request prior to shipment or your order. If a cancellation request is accepted, an email verification will be sent to you that your transaction has been canceled. No charges will be incurred for a cancelled order.
